Gain Valuable Video, Studio Production & broadcast Skills
TV Santa Barbara, the region’s community media center since 1974, provides volunteer opportunities for students who are looking to get hands on experience and training in production, broadcast journalism and editing. TVSB staff will provide training in your area of interest and volunteers will have an opportunity to provide support in the following areas:
- Video Editing
- Live Studio Production
- Green Screen Production
- Community Event Coverage
- Government Broadcasts

TV Santa Barbara’s Volunteer program is a unique opportunity to work in a creative, hands-on television station while learning: camera operation, production, directing, lighting and audio, graphics and pre and post production methods. There is no cost to participate and students will qualify for school volunteer or community service hours.
